After Care

We ship worldwide and locally using Singpost. We offer normal mailing which has no tracking available or if you want to be safe, registered mailing which will come with a tracking number!

We ship worldwide (woohoo!) with normal mail via Singapore Post that does not come with tracking. We do not assume responsiblity for the patches if they are lost in the mail so if you'd like to play safe, simply choose 'Registered Mail' at the checkout to get tracking on your patches! 

Shipping in Singapore costs SGD3.00 for normal mail (without tracking) and SGD5.00 for registered mail. 

For overseas shipping, it costs SGD7.00 for normal mail (without tracking) and SGD9.50 for registered mail. For any order with the tote bag or cap purchase, the shipping fee is SGD11.00 for normal mail and SGD14.00 for registered mail.

The following are estimated shipping times to some countries:

• Singapore: 3-5 working days
• Korea & Japan: 5-7 working days
• Southeast Asian countries: 5-8 working days
• Australia & UK: 5-7 working days
• USA:16 to 24 working days
• Rest of the world: up to a month

We accept credit card, Paypal and PayNow (for customers based in Singapore)

You will receive emails from Shopify when your order is placed and when it is shipped out. Do look in your spam/junk inbox as they do often appear there!

Email us quickly at hello@pewpewpatches.com when you need to make a change, before we ship the order out.

We do not provide refunds for orders placed. As for exchanges, they can be done within 7 days of receipt, provided the patches are in the original condition.
